Shipping & return

Orders placed through the Calisthenics group are usually dispatched between Monday and Friday within 24 hours of receiving the order. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation with all important information, and when the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code. You can either click on it, or you can track it online through Post Nord. Right now we only ship through Postnord.

For all deliveries outside the EU and within the EU, import duties (fees, import duties, VAT) may be charged if not already mentioned above, which are determined by the country of destination. They are calculated according to the product's country of origin and category. They are used as soon as your package reaches your country. The Calisthenics Shop does not deduct any duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict how high your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to clear through customs. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information on the regulations in your country.

Return

Returns can be notified within 14 days of the arrival of the package without giving reasons to the e-mail address below.

Send a short email to:
info@calisthenicsshoppen.dk with

• your order number
• Your full name
• the products you want to return
• whether you want a refund or exchange for another product
• and why you want to return (optional, your feedback helps us improve our service.

Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the full amount of your order (purchase price including shipping costs from the Calisthenics Shop to you). The customer must cover the costs of shipping the return. If you need to return an item because it was delivered faulty or defective, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and refund the cost of the return.

The return shipment must be sent with tracking so that you can prove that you have sent a package to us. In this case, Calisthenics Shop takes the risk for the return shipment, without tracking, the risk lies with the customer . Already used, worn or washed items are not accepted for exchange or return.

The invoice amount is always refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was made.
